The way we operate

Our salon is home to independent artists. This means our artists own their own and operate their own business and work for themselves! They rent a chair in our salon and are responsible for managing their clients questions, comments and concerns. Our salon is simply the place they operate.

What if I don't like my hair?

Your stylist wants nothing more than for you to love your hair!

Please contact your stylist directly within 7-10 days of your appointment so they can discuss the details and come up with a solution for you.


Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, but our stylists are committed to stand behind the quality and integrity of their work. Every stylist wants to make you happy and ensure you have the hair of your dreams. 

What is the cancellation policy?

We ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. 

We understand that on rare occasions true emergencies arise and we can allow one instance of cancellation without proper notice. After that, we will ask clients to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to schedule their next appointment. The deposit will go towards the services recieved. 

I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community, can I feel safe here?

Absolutely. Our salon is a safe spaces for the LGBTQ+ community. We have a gender restroom and love when members of the LGBTQ+ community come in!
