BACKGROUND: 

When you walk into Bangz Salon, you'd be hard pressed not to notice Justin, our 6' 3" stylist from the islands of Trinidad and Tobago. The beauty and international style of the Caribbean inspired him from a very young age. Transported to Tampa as a young boy, he carried with him these early memorable influences. All of his work reflects a unique and cosmopolitan style.

EDUCATION:

Justin became a licensed cosmetologist in Tampa, FL in 2012. He spent 12 months at Manhattan Beauty of Tampa; studying Redken, Wella, Matrix and Pravana colors. Justin values continuing education and also uses technology to follow the world's greatest stylists, and studies their work.

SPECIALIZATION:

Justin specializes in all types of services including: women's and men's cuts, color, highlights, lowlights, ombres, balayage, root touch up, conditioning treatments, color gloss, tape-in extensions, relaxers and perms.

​

He is also certified in the Keratin Complex smoothing therapy treatment which eliminates up to 95% of frizz, reduces curl volume and instantly adds amazing shine, silkiness and condition to the hair.

PRODUCTS:

Justin uses Redken, Wella and Matrix color lines along with a variety of styling & care products including Sexy Hair, TIGI and Mizani.
